The Suburban Dynaline Gas Heat/Electric Cool PTAC offers cost-effective gas heating and high-efficiency electric air conditioning for year-round savings and comfort. Suburban pioneered the gas-fired package terminal air conditioner (PTAC) with the Dynaline series in 1985, now in its 3rd generation. It’s a preferred choice for the senior housing industry and small commercial markets.
The Dynaline 3 PTAC, with its standard 42×16″ wall sleeve, is suitable for new construction or as a direct replacement for brands like Island Aire. It accommodates gas (Natural or LP) connections either inside or outside the room. Each unit is individually controlled for customized comfort in each room or zone. Top-mounted controls offer High and Low speeds in heating and cooling modes, as well as a fan-only mode. Control can be from the unit itself or via a wall thermostat.
